La Tour Camoufle is a french family antique business based in Paris at the Swiss Village.
All pieces sold on our website will come with a 30 years certificate of authenticity.

1 - The Order

The client may make an order directly through the website but also by phone and mail.
At the time of his order, the customer declares having taken note of these general conditions of sale and having accepted the terms.
The customer is informed that the products present on the website at the time of order may not be available or for sale and prices may have been updated.
The order will become effective when the customer is clearly identified with all the information required by completing the form available on the site.
Each object, piece of furniture and painting is identified by a reference that must be explicitly mentioned when ordering.

2 - Validation of the order

After registration of the order, the customer receives confirmation by e-mail or mail.
The letter of confirmation will specify the description and references of the product, its availability and valid its essential characteristics: the exact amount charged and terms of delivery such as chosen by the customer.
The order validated by the client will only be considered effectiveafter the central bank payment chosen by the customer has given its approval.

3 - Delivery

For any problem of delivery (packages damaged, missing, etc ....), the customer must notify by letter to the shipping company and To LA TOUR CAMOUFLE within 3 days after receiving the product.

4 - Payment

The price charged to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by LA TOUR CAMOUFLE
Payment is to be made either:
- By Credit card online payment system
- By Check issued by a bank domiciliated in France
- By Bank transfer for customers outside France, whom have not chosen the previous means of payment: bank details will be addressed by simple request: contact@latoucamoufle.com

5 - Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to French Law ( Act 6 January 1988), the client has a right of withdrawal within 7 days after the delivery to the address specified by the customer.
The client has to return the furniture, painting or object in its original condition.
Any item returned by the customer damaged or incomplete will not be accepted as such. The return costs are to be paid by the customer as well as proper insurance.
After receiving the piece, LA TOUR CAMOUFLE will reimburse the client the amount he paid, less any shipping costs and within a maximum period of 30 days.
